hangzhou adamerck pharmlabs inc., founded by qi, youmao, a doctor returned from overseas in october 2000, is a high-tech pharmaceutical enterprise, being dedicated to the research and development of innovative drug. it was originally incorporated at the business incubator of hangzhou technology innovation service center, and then moved to the north software park.
